Electronic Coordinates Ruler Location Sensor Characteristics
1.Simple installation: The Electronic Coordinates Ruler Location Sensor appears like a plate strip, 110 mm in wide and 15 mm thick. The Sensor can connect to provide unlimited length;
2.Location Coordinates Reader is installed on a mobile carrier, the reader dimension: length 380 mm × width 300 mm × depth 40 mm. The reader sits in direct parallel with the sensor, 30 mm ~ 300mm apart.
3.Non-contact operation: The Reader on the mobile carrier operates remotely against the Electronic Ruler, sending real-time coordinates without physically contacting the Rule. This minimizes slipping fault and errors arising from constant physical wear and tear.
4.Absolute position detection: Can continuously and accurately detect absolute address (coordinates), with location detection accuracy within 5 mm. Refresh rate can be achieved at 20 milliseconds. The carrier and the sensor can achieve full automatic operation;
5.Low energy consumption: low power consumption; small transmitter power; no outside communication interference;
6.Strong anti-interference capability: Normal operation can be achieved with the Sensor and the Reader be of 30 mm to 300mm apart. Operation is free from environmental noise and reception signal electric level fluctuations. It can endure long-term operation in harsh environments such as magnetic medium, dust, pollution and corrosion.
7.Of Protection Grade IP67. Long service life. Maintenance-free.

1.Laser positioning technology: Inferior operation in wet, dusty conditions or places with obstruction. Slow reaction. There is no real-time dynamic detection capability;
